i have a newly made lvl 16 assassin /monk and was wonderin where i can go to change my 2nd profession?

you can change secondry profession in sejni corner (i think thats spelt right) however unlike old guild wars, you dont have to complete a quest but he does ask of a 1 time fee of 500g per profession.

where about is this corner place...is it in the middle of the map or something??

Follow the storyline doing missions and primary quests. You will get there soon.
